Open House Development Co., Ltd. got its start in one of the most popular residential districts of Tokyo, the Jonan area. Since then, more and more customers have chosen us over the years. We’re built up a strong track record in sales of single-family homes in and around Tokyo. Today, we’re putting this knowledge and experience to use in our condominium business as well as we earn the support of an even broader range of customers. The driving force behind this growth is our unwavering commitment to see things from the customer’s perspective. Close discussions with customers and our strong ties to outside sales agents lets us identify the true needs of our customers. This way, we can immediately start planning and developing the homes that customers really want.
